Menu 15th February - UKBC London heats week

This week we are starting the build up to the World Barista Championships in late June.Over 20 of London's best baristas will be battling it out to make it to the semi finals of the UK, on Sunday 28th, then the UK final on Monday 1st of March.

Whoever wins the UK will be an ambassador for the UK in the coffee industry and then represent the UK in the WBC in June.

We are very lucky that our own Estelle Bright will be a part of this exciting competition. She has been working very hard on perfecting her 15 minute presentation and has been working closely with Chef Jared on her signature drink.

This weeks menu is in support of Estelle. We all wish her the very best.

If you wish to go to the London heats, they are free to attend and will be held at Rich Mix cultural centre, Bethnal Green road on Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. The UK champion will be announced late Saturday afternoon.
